Trinity Church in Copley Square Boston,MA was designed by H.H. Richardson in the late nineteenth century. It is his greatest achievement. It is the standard by which all American architecture since is measured. Located in the Back Bay of Boston, Trinity is solidly built of pink granite and dark brown stone. Large half round arches form a colonade at the west entrance facing the Boston Public Library. The red tiled roof rises above its center worshipers to the crucifix topped steeple.
The art work is 21" x 29" and matted, framed, and under glass. Frame size is 26" x 32". It is signed and dated by the artist, Nicholas E. Connors, November 18, 2016.
